Snacks vs. treats/sweets - a clarification
Okay, ladies, sorry I wasn't clear about the whole "no snacking" issue. I don't mean no snacks between meals, because I fully believe a healthy snack is good for your body. What I meant by no snacking is no treats/sweets. (Probably in my mind a snack = treat, which is how I got to be 200+ pounds! :) In any case, modify your points accordingly. You can snack, but not have any treats or sweets or cheats.

Thanks, Denise. Can you also clarify how much info we need in a food log. Is it enough to say what we ate and how much, or do we need calorie counts or other nutrition data? Do we need to list times or just Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snack?
ReplyDeleteAs for food logs, they're to help YOU. So, if food and amount is enough for you to make progress, start there. If you want more of a challenge and want to put calorie counts or times, do that. It's all about improving yourself. For this challenge, any of the above will do. :)
ReplyDeleteOh good. I'm going to have a hard time on weekends, so that will help me keep getting points.
